Actress Jennifer Freeman is best known for her portrayal of Damon Wayans’ daughter on My Wife and Kids. The show ran for five seasons and garnered Jennifer a Teen Choice Award nomination. Jennifer also served as one of the fresh young faces of beauty giant Neutrogena. As a humanitarian, Jennifer considers it her mission to empower women. And as a mother, she feels an innate responsibility to validate the young artists of the world and assist them in realizing their own dreams and goals. Freeman currently resides in Los Angeles with her lovely daughter Isabella Amora, born in October 2009.

What was the ah-ha moment that made you start taking your health seriously?
My mom was diagnosed with lupus. After that kind of reality check, I wanted to change my lifestyle to a healthier one.

Do you have a secret habit that is part of your healthy lifestyle?
I drink a lot of water overall. I drink a lot of it when I first wake up. I have to have four bottles of water by the bed at night.

If you could get a free pass forever with one bad habit, what would it be?
Eating sweets. Cupcakes, cakes. Especially birthday cakes.

What is your greatest health achievement or milestone?
Consistently working out.  For the past two years I’ve been pretty confident, making it a part of my lifestyle. I feel strong and beautiful — from the inside — when I workout. Sweating and working hard makes me feel strong.

What is your biggest health hang-up in others?
I don’t think I have one. Everyone has what works for their body. What works for mine may not work for theirs.

Run, walk, ride or swim?
Ride. I love riding a bicycle. It’s good for your abs and feels so good on a summer day with the wind going through your hair. There’s something relaxing about it.

If you were a fruit or vegetable, what kind would you be?
I would be strawberries. And dipped in white chocolate.

If you could superpower one of your five senses, what would it be, and why?
Sight. I’d like to intensify the way I see things. Especially if I’m having one of those days — so I can see how beautiful the world is.

If you could break a world endurance record, what would it be?
Two things.  First: Yoga. I’m flexible and I could beat anyone in the heat. The second would be patience. It takes a lot to be the mother of a two year old. She’s shown me that I have a lot more than I had thought.

If you could tell one thing to your adolescent self, what would it be?
That she is valuable and worth so much more than she knows.

Freeman’s cleansing staples include baby wipes or MAC makeup remover wipesand Cetaphil face wash. “Some people can sleep in their makeup,” she says. “I’m not one of them.”

While Freeman, who also starred in You Got Served, looks as alluring in a smoky eye with a bold pink lip as she does in natural makeup, one thing about her cosmetics routine remains constant. “Because my skin is oily,” she says, “I can’t use shimmer on my cheeks for glow — it makes me look more oily, especially in photos. But MAC has a makeup stick for under-the-eyes and on the cheeks, called Prep and Prime Highlighter Stick, that has a pearlized look, which gives the skin a glow without making you look shiny.” Freeman’s other makeup bag essential is Stila’s Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner. “You can adjust the thickness of the line,” she says, “and what you put on stays in place and keeps its color.”

When it comes to her hair, Freeman’s got a foolproof trick for making waves — sleep like a sumo wrestler. “If I’ve blown my hair out straight, I put it on top of my head in a little bun, like a sumo wrestler, before going to bed at night,” she says. When she releases the bun in the morning, her hair falls down in glamorous coils. “It gives a nice wave to it and makes my hair silky.”

Victoria Justice and Joel McHale Support ‘Bully’ Premiere in Hollywood

Justice looks casual in denims, while McHale looks formal in a suit while attending the special screening event for the controversial documentary at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre.

Other celebrities who were spotted attending the premiere of the much-talked-about documentary were Giuliana Rancic who looked sexy in a leather jacket and skintight pants, Jennifer Freeman who kept it simple in a white overall, and Rachel G. Fox who looked pretty in a gray dress. Jason Kennedy, Mackinlee Waddell and Bianca Lawson were also snapped supporting the special screening. Full Article

Jennifer’s bestie Christina Milian posted a pic of Violet Nash, her daugher with The Dream.  Violet celebrated her 2nd birthday last week. Her bday outfit–pink velvet dress with satin accents and sparkling Chuck Taylors.   Loves it.

And….

Erykah Badu, who also moonlights as a doula, released pics of her gorgeous daughters Puma,7, and Mars,3.  She talked about her daughter Puma to BET saying: “She’s always singing and wants to act and model but it has to be something you want to do. It’s a lot of commitment. [I tell my children to] Follow your heart. Don’t let anybody infiltrate your dream, especially you. And be fearless. Give your all every time and feel the success in that.”

Tia Mowry-Hardrict tweeted a pic of her cute baby boy saying, Wow my little man is 8 months! Crazy how time flies!  Yeah it does…
